 Protecting your order information is a priority. Fun Publishing makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than the lazygardener.com. When you order by credit card, you may check the security of your connection, by looking at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server.

If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. (You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser.

When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https.") Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers.

In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can't access the secure server for whatever reason, please place your order by phone (1-828-268-0536 Mon - Fri, 8AM - 6 PM EST).

2. How do I return the Lazy Gardener's Guide if I am not satisfied?
 Simply send it back, in its original package, to:

3. What are my payment options?
We offer four ways to order:

  1. Online with secure credit card (MasterCard, Visa accepted)
  2. Online with check to follow (for $8.00 USD, made payable to Fun Publishing Company)
  3. Phone (1-828-268-0536 Mon - Fri, 8AM - 6 PM EST)
  4. Mail order: Send check or money order for $8.00 USD to Fun Publishing Company, Lazy Gardener's Guide, 1620 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33311
We can only accept your credit card order online if you have a secure connection. If you have any special gift-packaging requests or you would like to ship your order to more than one destination, please order by phone (1-828-268-0536 Mon - Fri, 8AM - 6 PM EST).

4. Can I track my order?
If you have already placed an order, you will have received a confirmation number. Enter this number right now and you will instantaneously receive the status of your order.

If you have forgotten your confirmation number, check your email for the confirmation note sent to you when the order was placed. If all else fails, please call 1-828-268-0536 (Mon - Fri, 8AM - 6 PM EST.) and someone will assist you.
